The foundation of Property Solutions is built on the extensive experience and visionary leadership of our owner, Brian Valish. After graduating and furthering his education in Architectural Drafting, Brian worked for a company building high-performance custom homes in the Greater Lehigh Valley. His responsibilities included energy audits and solar installations, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to sustainability.

Brian’s hands-on experience and exceptional communication skills quickly established him as a sought-after subcontractor. Recognizing the need for a company that prioritizes professionalism and craftsmanship, Brian founded Habitat Building in 2013. Under his leadership, it grew into an award-winning company renowned for its excellence in the Greater Lehigh Valley and Pocono areas.
